<br /> WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall �`�
<br /> County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 8, 1999, executed by Dick L. Dowd, a single person,
<br /> as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee,
<br /> which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document#99-105922 on the 11th day of June, 1999, at the Register of
<br /> Deeds Office of Hail County, Nebraska.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br /> undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br /> thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br /> Lot Four(4), Block Twenty-one(21), Original Town Subdivision, City of Alda, Nebraska
<br /> PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 8, 1999, recorded as

<br /> effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
