<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Robert D. Levander, Jr and
<br />Deborah Sue Levander, Husband and Wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 9, 1997 and recorded September 15, 1997 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 107622 in the Trust Deed Records of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Parcel 1: Lot Three (3) and the Northerly one half (Nl /2) of Lot Two (2), Block Thirty Eight (38), in Packer & Barr's
<br />Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 2: Lot Seven (7), Block Four (4), Arnold Place to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
