TRACY, Attorney, is <br />Trustee, and FRED H. BOSSELMAN is Beneficiary of the real estate <br />described upon Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof by this reference. <br />Acting pursuant to written request of the Beneficiary given <br />on December 10, 2001, the Trustee hereby reconveys to the person <br />or persons entitled thereto only the following portion of the <br />above described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1) in Block One (1), Bosselville Subdivision, <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />it being understood that except for those parcels which have been <br />reconveyed by prior Deeds of Reconveyance the rest of the above <br />described real estate remains encumbered by the Deed of Trust. <br />Executed this 'day of December, 2001. <br />Howard E.
