200112872 <br />EXHIBIT - -X <br />DESCRIPTION OF COLLATERAL <br />FOR UCC -1 FINANCING STATEMENT <br />Debtor hereby grants to Secured Party a security interest in the Collateral referred to in <br />this Financing Statement, which consists of the following described property, now owned or <br />subsequently acquired by Debtor, including all substitutions, accessions, repairs, replacements <br />and additions thereto (including the proceeds of sales thereof), and all products thereof, whether <br />installed, affixed, attached, kept or situated on, to or at the Real Property (the "Property") <br />described in this Security Agreement or Financing Statement and used, acquired, or produced in <br />connection with the operation of the improvements, and such Collateral includes, but is not <br />limited to: <br />1. All buildings, structures, tenements, improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances <br />now or hereafter placed thereon, including, but not limited to, all apparatus, machinery, <br />equipment, engines, boilers, incinerators, compressors, generators, building materials, appliances <br />and fixtures of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter located in, or on, or used, or intended to <br />be used in connection with said Property, including, but not limited to, those for the purposes of <br />supplying or distributing air cooling, air conditioning, gas, electricity, water, air, refrigeration, <br />ventilation, laundry, drying, dishwashing, garbage disposal and other services; and all related <br />machinery and equipment, fire prevention and extinguishing apparatus, security and access <br />control apparatus, plumbing, bathtubs, water heaters, water closets, sinks, ranges, stoves, <br />refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, washers, dryers, awnings, storm windows, storm doors, <br />screens, blinds, shades, curtains and curtain rods, mirrors, cabinets, paneling, rugs, attached floor <br />coverings, and furniture. <br />2. All cabinets, shelving, furniture, displays, lights, machinery and other trade <br />fixtures attached or otherwise installed on said Property used for a trade or business. <br />3. All royalties, minerals, oil and gas rights, water and water rights (whether or not <br />appurtenant) owned by Debtor and shares of stock pertaining to such water or water rights, <br />ownership of which affects said Property. <br />4. Any and all awards, including interest, previously and hereafter made to Debtor <br />for taking by condemnation or eminent domain of the whole or any part of the Property or any <br />easements therein. <br />5. All of Debtor's interest in the following as owned by Debtor and used in <br />connection with the Property: <br />a. All existing and future leases, rents, and issues of the Property; <br />b. All policies of insurance and all proceeds, loss payable clauses and <br />premium refunds, and all claims relating thereto; <br />
