<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as:
<br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said NE1/ E%,
<br />said point being 655.9' South of the Northeast corner of
<br />said NEl4NEl/,; thence running South along the East line of
<br />said NE%NE 4 a distance of 402.0' , thence deflecting right
<br />91°20' and running westerly a distance of 333.0 feet;
<br />thence running North and parallel to the East line of
