<br />convey and release to Lavona B. Murphy and Betty June Whipple, as
<br />tenants in common, GRANTEES, the following described real estate
<br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />33.10% interest in and to a tract of land comprising a
<br />part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEV4NE1 /,) of Section Thirty -three (33), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as:
<br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said NE1/ E%,
<br />said point being 655.9' South of the Northeast corner of
<br />said NEl4NEl/,; thence running South along the East line of
<br />said NE%NE 4 a distance of 402.0' , thence deflecting right
<br />91°20' and running westerly a distance of 333.0 feet;
<br />thence running North and parallel to the East line of
<br />said NE1/NE1/, a distance of 402. 0' ; thence running Easterly
<br />a distance of 333.0' to point of beginning, subject to
<br />the Easterly 33' being used for highway purposes, and
