<br />John B. McDermott, Trustee under the Testamentary Trust created by
<br />the Will of Onno Valentine, Deceased, pursuant to power therein,
<br />GRANTOR, conveys and releases to GRANTEES, the following described
<br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />An 8.275% interest each to Betty June Whipple, LaVona B.
<br />Murphy, and Kendra Berding, and a 4.1375% interest each
<br />to Charity Berding and Daniel Berding in that property
<br />described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE%NE1 /) of Section
<br />Thirty -three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the
<br />East line of said NE1/NE1/a, said point being 655.9' South
<br />of the Northeast corner of said NE1/,NEl/,; thence running
<br />South along the East line of said NEl/,NE4 a distance of
<br />402.01, thence deflecting right 91°20' and running
<br />westerly a distance of 333.0 feet; thence running North
<br />and parallel to the East line of said NE1/,NE4 a distance
<br />of 402.01; thence running Easterly a distance of 333.0'
<br />to point of beginning and subject to the Easterly 33'
<br />being used for highway purposes, and excepting a 100'x
<br />1501 tract of land on which the house is located, a /k /a Lot
<br />Two (2), Valentine Motel Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to
<br />distribution of the real estate from said estate. GRANTOR
<br />covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and lawful
<br />authority to convey and release the same.
