WHEREAS, the undersigned, FCE Credit Union, PO Box 541030, City of Omaha, County of Douglas,
<br />State of Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated, February 28, 2000, executed by Ronald L Reiser
<br />and Linda K Reiser, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which FCE Credit Union is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, and recorded in Instrument No. 200001752, of Mortgages, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from FCE Credit Union the Beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that
<br />such Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for
<br />cancellation:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />namely: Ronald L Reiser and Linda K Reiser, Husband & Wife, the estate now held by it thereunder to -wit:
<br />Lot Twenty -Four (24), Leheights Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, being part of the East Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (E '/z NW t/4 ) of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten

<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at PO Box, Omaha, Nebraska
