<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island, �"' �^
<br /> ��'� Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar °
<br /> �`� Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated May 31, 1998 ,
<br /> � executed by TIM C. PLATE, A Sinqle Person, as Trustor, in which
<br /> Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as
<br /> Beneficiary, and the unclersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br /> recorded on June 2, 1998, as Document No. 98-105276, in the
<br /> Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from DAVID WETHERILT
<br /> and SUSAN WETHERILT, Husband and Wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br /> of Trust above mentioned as follows :
<br /> Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17) , of Block Three (3) ,
<br /> Southern Acres Addition, to Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br /> Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br /> provisicns of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br /> hereby con-vey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
