TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Denise D. Myers, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue
<br />of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of
<br />One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to Loretta J. Boshart, Grantee, the

<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly
<br />described as Lot One (1) Roxboro Subdivision filed as Document No. 90-
<br />101 644.
<br />This reconveyance is made in full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the
<br />Trust Deed recorded on June 22, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.0200106098.
