<br /> FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, National Bank of Commerce Trust and Savings Association
<br /> as Beneficiary under the Construction Security Agreement and Trust Deed with Future Advances executed by and
<br /> between Breslin Grand Island Associates, a Nebraska general partnership, as Trustor to National Bank of
<br /> Commerce Trust and Savin�gs Association, Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of November 30, 1994,
<br /> and recorded December 12, 1994 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br /> No. 94-109854 has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br /> In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the
<br /> person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the
