CONSTRUCTION SECURITY AGREEMENT RIDER 99'1�6QS8 � •This Construction Security Agreement Rider is made this 14th day of .lune 1999 and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust, or Security Deed (the Security Instrument) of the same date given by the undersigned (the borrower), to secure Borrower's note to Lincoln Federal Savinqs Bank of Nebraska (the lender), of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument as: Exhibit "A" and located at: W1/2 NE 1/4 13-11N-10W, Grand Island, Nebraska In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Security Instrument, borrower and lender further covenant and agree that the Deed of Trust of the same date will, in addition, become a Construction Security Agreement and that it does or will secure an obligation which the borrower has or will incur for the purpose of making an improvement or improvements on the property heretofore described.
