Grand Island. Nebraska <br />The parties agree as follows: <br />GRANT OF PERMISSION <br />In consideration of licensee promises herein, licensor hereby gives permission, <br />revocable and terminable as hereinafter provided, to licensee to enter on the land of <br />licensor described above for the purpose of ingress and egress to Paradise Lake, all on the <br />terms and conditions herein set forth, which licensee promises to comply and abide with. <br />NO MONITARY CONSIDERTION <br />This permission is given to licensee as an accommodation to licensee and this <br />shall be rent -free. Licensee hereby acknowledge the title of licensor to their above - <br />described premises and agree never to assail, resist or deny such title. <br />LAKE ACCESS <br />Lake access to licensee is to be for personal use only, limited to water use only, <br />no boats or other recreational equipment to be stored on or near beach and licensor's <br />privacy is to respected.
