SCHEER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS, as Grantor, with <br />MICHAEL F. KIVETP, as Trustee, was recorded 3/27/2001, as Document p 0200102488, Hall Register of Deeds <br />County Office of the Register of Deeds, State of Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and <br />stead of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed ofl7ust, and for that purpose appoints AREND R. <br />HAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the said AREND R. HAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, is hereby appointed and hereby accepts said appointment as Successor Trustee under said Deed of <br />Trost, and as Successor Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, unto the parties entitled thereto, all right, <br />title and interest which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
