<br />AGREEMENT SUBORDINATING EXISTING

<br />Agreement made the 8TH day of DECEMBER , 2001, between Vaughn L
<br />Hesselgesser and Vicki L Hesselgesser, husband and wife of 4302 Marian Rd., Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein referred to as trustor, and The Equitable Building & Loan
<br />Association, a Federal Savings Bank, now known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, of 113 N. Locust St., City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State
<br />of Nebraska, herein referred to as beneficiary.
<br />The parties recite and declare that:
<br />a. Trustor executed a trust deed on January 8, 2001, and another on May 14, 2001, in
<br />favor of beneficiary, which were recorded on January 17, 2001 and May 17, 2001, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200100451 and
<br />200104641, respectively, covering the following described property (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />State. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Six (6) in Block Two (2) in Wieser Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(Wr4SWr6) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6a' P.M,, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />b. The above mentioned trust deeds were given as security for Loans, described in such
<br />trust deeds, in the original amount of Thirty Thousand and No /100 - -- ($30,000.00) Dollars,
<br />executed on January 8, 2001, and in the original amount of Ten Thousand Eighty -One and
<br />No/ 100 ($10,081.00) Dollars, by trustor in favor of beneficiary.
<br />c. Trustor desires to obtain a loan in the amount of Seventy -Eight Thousand and No /100
<br />($78,000.00) -- - - - - -- from Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, of 113 N. Locust,
<br />City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein referred to as lender, but lender
<br />requires that such loan be secured by a trust deed that will be prior to the trust deed in favor of
<br />beneficiary.

<br />d. Beneficiary is willing to subordinate the lien of the trust deeds in their favor insofar as
