<br />described in Document No. 94- 109197 and excepting a certain tract more
<br />particularly described as Lot One (1), Glen Ummel Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantees that Grantor has legal power and lawful authority to
