<br /> FOR VALUE RECEIVED, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, we �
<br /> hereby sell, set over, and assign unto Howard Ham and Janice Ham, husband
<br /> and wife, as joint tenants, the following property:
<br /> A. All of my lease rights under Lease dated the 5th day
<br /> of May, 1984, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. was the
<br /> Lessor and Lloyd Windfield and Gertrude Windfield,
<br /> now deceased, were the Lessees, and pertaining to:

<br /> situated on the East side of the East Portion of Kuester
<br /> Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the
<br /> Southwest Quarter (E;SW�) , in Section Thirteen (13) ,
<br /> Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9j , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, bounded on the Northerly side by the common
<br /> road;
<br /> su�h lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the
<br /> Lessor.
<br /> B. All improvements on said above-described premises.
<br /> C. Any other personal property situated on or about the
<br /> improvements on said premises.
<br /> D. Stock Certificate No. 195 for 150 shares of the
<br /> common stock of Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br /> We warrant that we are the owners of the above-described
<br /> property, improvements and personal property on the above-described
<br /> premises; that we am entitled to sell the same; that said property is
<br /> free of all liens and encumbrances; and that we will warrant and defend
<br /> the title to said property against the claims of any other persons
<br /> whomsoever.
