<br />of Article VI of the Last Will and Testament of Merle E. Horst dated June 25, 1979, with Codicil
<br />thereto dated May 19, 1990, GRANTORS, in consideration of EIGHTY -TWO THOUSAND
<br />FIVE HUNDRED AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($82,500.00) received from GRANTEES,
<br />ALAN H. KUSZAK and SHERYL A. KUSZAK, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights
<br />of survivorship, convey to GRANTEES all of Grantors' interest in the following- described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Ten (10), in Eaglewood Acres Subdivision, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with the GRANTEES that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances, except easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against any acts
<br />of the GRANTORS.
