HORST, DECEASED, <br />GRANTORS, in consideration of ONE HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED <br />AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($107,500.00) received from GRANTEES, ALAN H. KUSZAK and <br />SHERYL A. KUSZAK, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, convey to <br />GRANTEES all of Grantors' interest in the following- described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
