TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MICHAEL R WILSON AND JEAN A WILSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND S
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, s'
<br />dated MARCH 16, 1998 and recorded MARCH 23. 1998 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY c'
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Document #98- 102570 has
<br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />ELEVEN (11), BLOCK ONE (1) STEWART PLACE SUBDIVISION; THENCE RUNNING SOUTHERLY ALONG
<br />THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT ELEVEN (11) A DISTANCE OF TWENTY -TWO FEET (22'); THENCE
<br />WESTERLY, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF LOT TEN (10) , A DISTANCE OF FIFTY -EIGHT (58');
<br />THENCE NORTHERLY, PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF LOT ELEVEN (11), TO A POINT ON THE
<br />NORTHERLY LOT LINE OF LOT ELEVEN (11), THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
