<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a Member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated. January 23,
<br />2003, executed by STEVEN PAUL LAMB and KIANNE M. LAMB, Husband and
<br />Wife, as Trustor, in which THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., A
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was recorded on January 28,
<br />2003, as Document No. 0200301055, in the Register of Deeds Office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from THE MEADOWS
<br />APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., written request to reconvey the real
<br />estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty -Five (25), in Country Meadows Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Rec veyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this �_ day of
