AHLSCHWEDE, Attorney of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter <br />referred to as Grantor, as trustee under the trust deed hereinafter described for <br />valuable consideration, hereby grants and conveys to GRAND ISLAND AREA <br />HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, Grantee, without any <br />covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />Lot Eleven (11) in Block One (1) in Blain Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, located in and comprising Lots Four (4) <br />and Five (5), Garrett's Subdivision, in the Northeast Quarter (NE' /) of <br />Section Nine (9), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by a trust deed <br />dated February 15, 2000, and recorded on February 24, 2000, in the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. No. 200001494 wherein Kelly Sweet and <br />Heather Sweet, husband and wife, are Trustors, and Grand Island Area Habitat for <br />Humanity, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation is named Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attorney, is Trustee, wherein the Trustors granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on <br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to secure, among other <br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount of <br />$3,754.51 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof; and after the fulfillment <br />of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance as follows: <br />1) Breach and default were made under the terms of the Trust Deed in the <br />particular set forth in the notice of default hereinafter referred to, which default <br />continued until the time of sale. <br />2) There was filed for record on September 28, 2001, as Document No. <br />0200109839, a Notice of Default with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and of election to sell the property to satisfy the obligations secured thereby and <br />thereafter notice of the filing of the notice of default was sent in the statutory manner to <br />all persons entitied to a notice thereof. <br />
