<br /> Viola A. Karle, the unremarried widow of Earle H. Karle, and a oS�
<br /> single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of love and affection, �Sd
<br /> received from GRANTEES, Robert A. Karle and Patricia A. Anderson
<br /> (GRANTOR'S children) , conveys to GRANTEES, as tenants in common,
