<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by EARL R.
<br />KNUTH AND DELYCEJ. KNUTH, HUSBAND AND WIFE Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated FEBRUARY 06,2003, and recorded
<br />FEBRUARY 18,2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument #2003 -01982 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this
