Niedfelt, also known as Doralene Niedfelt, husband and wife, herein called the Grantor whether one or more, in consideration for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, sell, convey and confirm unto JEROME W. NIEDFELT and DORALENE F. NIEDFELT, or their Successors in Trust, as Co- Trustees of the JEROME W. NIEDFELT REVOCABLE TRUST dated AuG u sT ;tR , 2001, herein called the Grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: All right, title and interest in and to that certain parcel or parcels, as more particularly described on Schedule "A ", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
