TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to The Bank of New York,
<br />as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of
<br />November 30, 1997, Series 1997 -D, his successors and assigns, 20
<br />Broad Street, LL -2, New York City, NY 10006, without any covenant
<br />or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />Lot One (1), Block Eleven (11), Original Town of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated October 22, 1997, and recorded on October 29,
<br />1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 97- 109061 wherein Hai Thai Le, aka Hai Le,
<br />a single person is named Trustor; and Homestead Mortgage
<br />Corporation is named Beneficiary; and Old Republic National Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $48,750.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Homestead Mortgage Corporation to The Chase Manhattan Bank as
<br />Trustee by an Assignment dated October 22, 1997 and recorded on
<br />April 6, 1998 as Document No. 98- 103148 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was
