<br />ASSIGNMENT OF TRUST DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Pinnacle Bank; Central City, a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
<br />Forty Six Thousand and no /100 Dollars, to it in hand paid by HomeSide
<br />Lending, Inc., the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned and transferred and, by these presents
<br />does grant, assign and transfer unto its successors and assigns, a certain
<br />Trust Deed wherein the said Pinnacle Bank; Central City is Beneficiary,
<br />Barbara L. Zimmer is Trustor, and Pinnacle Bank; 320 G Street; Central City
<br />NE 68826 is Trustee, which Trust Deed was dated the 28th day of November
<br />2001, and recorded the-3rd day of - i3ecember , 2001, as Instrument No.
<br />0200112391 of the MORTGAGE Records of Hall County, Nebraska and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot 15, Nottingham Estates Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska according to the recorded plat thereof.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or
<br />to become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Pinnacle Bank; Central City, a Corporation, has
<br />caused This Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Branch President,
<br />Gary W. Webster and attested by its Vice President, Deborah K. Beck, and its
<br />corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 28th day of November , 2001.
