<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar's
<br />Association as TRUSTEE, under the Deed of Trust dated July 10,
<br />2002, executed by JOSEPH M. CHITTY and MELANIE G. CHITTY, Husband `
<br />and Wife, as TRUSTORS, in which SHAYNE LAWRENCE and TERESA K.
<br />LAWRENCE, Husband and Wife, are named as BENEFICIARIES, and the
<br />undersigned as TRUSTEE, which Deed was recorded on July 11, 2002,
<br />as Document No. 200207251, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from SHAYNE LAWRENCE
<br />and TERESA K. LAWRENCE, written request to reconvey the real estate
<br />described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), Billy Poe Subdivision, An Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as TRUSTEE, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said TRUSTEE hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 24th day of February,
