� <br /> 99- 105939 <br /> RESOLUTION � Q�'" �7 "� � <br /> A Resolution of the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, pertaining <br /> to the dedication and opening of Harb Road in Lot Six ( 6) , Block <br /> One ( 1) , Ingalls & Turner Subdivision, pursuant to Section 17-558 <br /> R.R.S. 1943 . <br /> WHEREAS, the Village of Cairo has acquired the Westerly <br /> Forty ( 40) Feet of Lot Six ( 6) , Block One ( 1) , Ingalls & Turner <br /> Subdivision to be used for public street purposes; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the said forty-foot street has been used as a <br /> public street for many years last past under the name of Memphis <br /> Street; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Chairman and Board of Trustees have determined <br /> the necessity of dedicating and opening said forty-foot wide <br /> tract as a public street to be known as Harb Road. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD <br /> � OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, NEBRASKA: <br /> l. That the Westerly Forty ( 40) Feet of Lot Six ( 6 ) , Block <br /> One ( 1) , Ingalls & Turner Subdivision in the Village of Cairo, <br /> Nebraska, be and hereby is dedicated to the public and opened as <br /> a public street to be known as Harb Road. <br /> 2.
