<br /> WHEREAS,All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Thomas P.
<br /> Mettenbrink and Karen Mettenbrink,husband and wife,to Jerry J.Milner, as Trustee for the
<br /> benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC.,
<br /> the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 6t, 1997 and recorded March 6`h, 1997 in the office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,as Document Number 97-101602 has been
<br /> paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
