<br /> � `i is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated
<br /> � November 5, 1984, executed by Dale J. Robinett and Lois L. Robinett, husband and wife, in �'
<br /> �� which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br /> recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #84-
<br /> � 006015, on the 15th day of November, 1984 and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br /> Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br /> mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot One (1), Stehr's Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska excepting a certain tract more
<br /> particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 98, Page 199.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br /> paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska this 26th day of May 1999.
