TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />200112721 <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />WAYNE BENNETT AND SHARON BENNETT, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated MAY 1, 2001 and recorded MAY 2, 2001 as Document <br />0200104031, in the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, has been paid, and said <br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; . <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />LOT NINETEEN (19) BLOCK FOUR (4) OLD MILL SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />Datedthis 9th d yof November <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />2001. <br />Arend R.
