<br /> WHEREAS, the within named Grantar is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of �
<br /> Trust dated March 25, 1993, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County,Nebraska, as Document No. 93-102225 on March 26, 1993, wherein Troy A. Goertzen
<br /> and Linda K. Goertzen, Husband and Wife, were identified as Trustors;
<br /> WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in
<br /> such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br /> published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br /> Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br /> WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br /> date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br /> dated March 25, 1993, filed for record with the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No.
<br /> 93-102225, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Forty-Eight
<br /> Thousand Two Hundred Eighty and No/100 Dollars ($48,280.00) received from Grantee(s), does
<br /> hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Michael Leaman and Ralisa
<br /> Leaman, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, herein called the
<br /> Grantee(s), the following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Eight (8), Pleasant View Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County,Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br /> ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br /> and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
