<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />BENJAMIN J. CUNNINGHAM AND NORMA J. CUNNINGHAM, husband and wife

<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLANE
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated November 2 , 1987 ,
<br />and recorded November 2 , 19 87 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 87- 106460 , has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be exe-
<br />cuted and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request
<br />of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the fol-
<br />lowing described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />THE EASTERLY FORTY TWO (42) FEET OF LOT TEN (10) AND THE WESTERLY FORTY FOUR (44)
<br />FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11) IN PLEASANT VIEW FIFTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
