<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of ��
<br /> Trust dated Apri125, 1994, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall �
<br /> County, Nebraska, as Document No. 94-103372 and a certain Deed of Trust dated November 8,
<br /> 1995, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br /> Document No. 95-107996, wherein Stanley D. Jurgensen and Miriam J. Jurgensen, husband and
<br /> wife, were identified as Trustors;
<br /> WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in
<br /> such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br /> published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br /> Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br /> WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br /> date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br /> dated Apri125, 1994, filed for record with the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No.
<br /> 94-103372 and a certain Deed of Trust dated November 8, 1995, filed for record with the Hall
<br /> County Register of Deeds as Document No. 95-107996, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of Seventy-Eight Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($78,000.00) as credit
<br /> against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from Grantee as holder of the
<br /> beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br /> confirm unto Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, herein called the
<br /> Grantee, the following-described real estate in Hall County,Nebraska:
<br /> Lot One (1), Versaw Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br /> ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br /> and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
