Beem ( "Borrowers ") <br />executed a mortgage in favor of Associates Financial Services <br />Company Inc. <br />encumbering the following described real property: <br />Lot Seventy Nine (79), in Hagges! Subdivision to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />which secured an original indebtedness in the amount of $ 20, 205.50 and was recorded on <br />August 4, 1999 , in `Doc# 99107879 , in the public records of <br />Hall County, State of Nebraska <br />WHEREAS, thereafter on 11/23/2001 Borrowers executed or will <br />(Date) <br />execute a certain mortgage in favor of CitiFinancial Inc (MD) <br />( "CitiFinancial ") securing an original indebtedness in the amount of $ 79, 271 .42 , which will be recorded in <br />the public records of Hall County, and which mortgage likewise encumbers the above - <br />described property; <br />WHEREAS, CitiFinancial is not willing and will not make the loan desired by the Borrowers unless <br />CitiFinancial's mortgage is a first mortgage prior in dignity and in every respect to the aforesaid <br />mortgage of Creditor; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration <br />to Creditor in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Creditor does hereby subordinate its <br />mortgage to the above - described mortgage in favor of CitiFinancial and does hereby intend by this Agreement that <br />the mortgage in favor of CitiFinancial shall be a first mortgage lien prior in dignity to Creditor's <br />mortgage as herein described. <br />f313 1 of 2 8/2000 <br />0 <br />O <br />o <br />ill i <br />r-A <br />o -�i <br />o <br />=3 <br />Lt <br />c.
