J <br />For Valuable Consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Hansen <br />Medical Building, LLC, and its successors and assigns, hereby agrees, covenants, and <br />warrants to perform no abortions in any building upon the real estate described above and <br />further agrees to operate no licensed outpatient surgery center or birthing center in or upon <br />the real estate described above. If the Buyer should violate said covenant, Seller may <br />obtain temporary and permanent injunction from a court of competent jurisdiction enjoining <br />the Buyer from violation of the covenant and restriction, and the Buyer agrees that such <br />injunction should issue, and the injunction may be effective without any requirement of the <br />Seller to post a bond.
