WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated November 10, 1998, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, November 16, 1998 as Document No. 98- 111269 of the Hall County S
<br />Register of Deeds Books, wherein Jon W. Fitchhorn and Kelly S. Fitchhorn, husband and wife, U
<br />were identified as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated November 10, 1998, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on November 16, 1998, at Document Number 98- 111269, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Seventy -Seven Thousand Five Hundred One and No /100 Dollars
<br />('077,501.00), received from Grantee(s), does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, herein called the Grantee(s), the
<br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Capital Heights Seventh Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
