<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 13, 1990, executed by Phyllis A. Clark and
<br />Venneth E. Clark, wife and husband, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is sd
<br />named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #90- 105325, at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 14th day of September, 1990, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5) in Block One (1), in Glover's Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />AND
<br />The East Half of the West Half (E %W %2) of Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Seven (7), in Hann's Third

<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 13, 1990, recorded as
<br />Document #90- 105325 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
