WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 13, 1990, executed by Phyllis A. Clark and <br />Venneth E.
