<br />Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 4; thence on an assumed bearing of

<br />the point of beginning; thence continuing N89 °36'24" W along said south line
<br />a distance of 78.57 feet; thence N82 °36'33" W along said south line a distance
<br />of 14.77 feet to a point of curvature; thence around a curve in a clockwise
<br />direction having a delta angle of 83° 31'32 ", an arch length of 102.05 feet, a
<br />radius of 70.00 feet, and a chord of S88° 30'03 "E a distance of 93.25 feet to
<br />the point of beginning. Said tract contains a calculated area of 1,207.91 square
<br />feet or 0.0277 acres more or less.
