<br />RICK S. AND PATRICIA A. JOHNSON, husband and wife, herein called the Grantors,
<br />in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual right -of -way and easement to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace and
<br />remove a storm water drainway and lines, manholes, and all other appurtenances necessary for a
<br />storm water drainage system upon, in, under and through a tract of land comprising a part of Lot
<br />Three (3), Firethorn Estates Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Nebraska, located in the
<br />Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty - Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West, in Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 3, said point also being the point of
<br />beginning; thence on an assumed bearing of N76 °0 1' 10 "W along the south line of
<br />said Lot 3 a distance of 15.51 feet; thence N00 °46'59 "W parallel to the east line
