<br />You are hereby notified that Kevin D. Burritt, Trustor, did on or about February 20, 2001, make,
<br />execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said a,
<br />Trustor conveyed the following described real property:
<br />"Part of Lot Thirteen (13), of the County Subdivision of the South Half (S 1/2) of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of a piece of land in said Lot Thirteen (13) (described in
<br />the deed from Christian Hamm to Anton H. Rehder, recorded in Book 27, Page 402 of the deed
<br />of records of Hall County, Nebraska), running thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), 62 feet; thence Southerly at right angles 180 feet, thence Easterly at right
<br />angles 66 feet, thence Northerly at right angles 180 feet, thence Westerly, at right angles 4 feet to
<br />the place of beginning, subject to the Southerly Half (S '/2) of the 80 foot street known as Charles
<br />Street in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, lying immediately Northerly of the above described
<br />premises"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD),
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on February 27, 2001 in Instrument
<br />No. 0200101451, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due on May 1, 2001 through December 1, 2001, together with
<br />interest accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has
<br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and
<br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to
<br />satisfy said obligation.
