Buchta and Nancy M. Buchta, husband and wife, et al are the Defendants, the object and <br />prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, William P. Buchta and Nancy M. Buchta, husband <br />and wife, of the amount due Plaintiff on the mortgage dated August 6, 1986, and filed in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on April 27, 1987, as Instrument # 87- 102359, wherein William P. Buchta and <br />Nancy M. Buchta, as husband and wife, mortgaged and conveyed to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of <br />Lincoln, the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The South Twelve (12) feet of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lot Ten (10), Block <br />Fourteen (14), in Scarff's Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared a lien upon the interests of Defendants, <br />William P. Buchta and Nancy M.
