<br />Trustee for the benefit of SUPERIOR MORTGAGE.INC. the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 29,
<br />1984, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page
<br />or Instrument Number 84- 001677 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number 84- 002118 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
