Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue, <br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee <br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to DLJ Mortgage Capital, <br />Inc., his successors and assigns, c/o Calmco Servicing, L.P. 9600 <br />Great Hills Trail, Suite 2OOW, Austin, TX 78759, without any <br />covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following <br />described real estate: <br />Lot 2, Block 3, in South Grand Island, an addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated April 20, 2000, and recorded on April 21, <br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 2000 -03241 wherein James R. Bixenmann <br />and Catherine A. Bixenmann, husband and wife are named Trustors; <br />and Aames Funding Corporation is named Beneficiary; and Walter L. <br />Griffiths is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to <br />the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above <br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of a <br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $60,750.00 <br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof; that the <br />beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Aames <br />Funding Corporation to Aames Capital Corporation by an Assignment <br />dated April 24, 2000 and recorded on September 1, 2000 as <br />Instrument No. 2000 -07136 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska.
