Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by STEVEN E
<br />ARNOLD AND MARILYN ARNOLD HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JUNE 19, 2000 and
<br />recorded JULY 3, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200005425 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
