<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, �,.
<br /> under the Deed of Trust dated March 3, 1997 executed by Mary A. Obermiller, a single person, as ��
<br /> Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which �
<br /> was recorded March 5, 1997 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 97-
<br /> 101573, and
<br /> Vl/HEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br /> Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot Twelve (12), Block One (1), College Addition to Westlawn, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br /> paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
