<br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated October 15,
<br />2001, by and between SCOTT H. MARKAM and TRACY A. MARKHAM, husband and wife,
<br />as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 200110470 in the Office of the
<br />Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the Benefi-
<br />ciary, CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />The Southerly One Hundred Ten (I 10) Feet of Lot Three (3), Block Three (3), in
<br />Dickey Second Subdivision, located in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E' /z
<br />SE' /4) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of
<br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to SCOTT H. MARKHAM and
<br />TRACY A. MARKHAM, husband and wife.
