<br />west of the 6`h P.M., more recently known as the Washington Township, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />EXCEPT liens and encumbrances, restrictions, reservations, easements and covenants of record.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that:
<br />1) GRANTORS are lawfully seized of such real estate;
<br />2) GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
