<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Pinnacle Bank: Central City, a Corporation,\3`-

<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and transferred and, by these presents
<br />does grant, assign and transfer unto its successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed wherein the said
<br />Pinnacle Bank: Central City, NE 68826, is Beneficiary, Marc J. Hock and Lori Hock, husband and
<br />wife, are Trustors, and Pinnacle Bank: 320 G Street: Central City, NE 68826 is Trustee, which Trust
<br />Deed was dated the 15 day of November, 2001, and recorded the L.2,6 t hday of November, 2001, as
<br />Instrument Noo 112gW Booker PageN/-4�-- of the MORTGAGE Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and all its right, title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot 4, Block 3, Second Addition to Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision,
<br />A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th p.M., City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to become
<br />due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the provisions of said Trust Deed therein
<br />contained.
