The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated July 19, <br />1999, wherein Leo K. Rickertt and Julie A. Rickertt, Husband and Wife, were the Trustors, <br />which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on c� <br />July 20, 1999, as Document No. 99- 107313 and a certain Deed of Trust dated October 2, 1999 <br />dated October 2, 1999 and filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on October 12, 1999 as Document No. 99- 109933 of the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds Record Books, which contains as trust property, the following- described real estate: <br />Lot Two (2), in Block One (1), in Capital Heights Third Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Leo K. Rickertt and Julie <br />A. Rickertt, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in <br />respect to the Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated July 19, <br />1999 and the Deed of Trust dated October 2, 1999, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, <br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed <br />of Trust referred to above which secures this obligation. <br />!� <br />A rM� - _- i <br />R'rend R.
